The Epiphone Casino has been Attila Wind's main electric guitar since 2015. He first used the guitar on 27.11.2015 at the Szilvuplé Varieté.
Wind first heard of the P-90 pickup during the recording of Saturnine Valentines when Lázsló Philipp, recording engineer, suggested him getting an Epiphone Casino to achieve the sound of the 'The Beatles' and the 'indie-rock'. Before the recording of Saturnine Valentines Wind was thinking of buying a hollow-body guitar and he would have chosen the Ibanez AFS 75T-TRD. However, couple of weeks before the recording he decided not to buy an Ibanez because the ACH1 and ACH2 pickups would not produce the sound he wanted. Therefore, he postponed the purchase of the hollow-body guitar.
In 2015 Dawnstar was asked to play a show at the Szilvuplé Varieté on 27.11.2015 and the offer was a good encouragement for Wind to finally purchase his first hollow-body guitar and this time he opted for the legendary Epiphone Casino.
