A three-year long project ended this summer. We finished the filming of our second music video entitled London Nights.
You might ask from us why it took more than three years to finish a video. We don't even know the answer but finally here is the product. In couple of weeks we can upload our new video on our YouTube channel. So come back later and check the video.
The video was filmed on two different locations. The first part was shot in London, the UK in the summer of 2013. The second part was filmed in Budapest in 2016 where all the band members were present.
On 17 December 2015, we shot our first video entitled In Heaven We Meet Again taken fromSaturnine Valentines. The idea of the video was inspired by Blair Witch, a found footage horror movie, written and edited by Daniel Myrick and Eduardo Sánchez. The first part of the shooting took place on 17 December 2015 in Üröm. During the first session the protagonist was Viktor Albert who was filmed from different position while playing the drums. The first session involved a lot of logistics. In addition the crew had deal with the temperature of -5C. So we were rushed to finish the shooting as soon as we could in order to avoid being frozen just couple of days before Christmas. The second part was shot 29 December 2015 in Üröm on the same location. We were luckier the second time since the temperature was higher so we could work on the video in more pleasant circumstances. This session was designed to shoot videos for Bálint Hamvas and Attila Wind. Since there is no direct concept for the video a lot of scenes were shot. Hopefully, early next year the video will be ready for upload.
In Heaven We Meet Again is a song by Dawnstar. It is the fourth track from the band's first LP, Saturnine Valentines, released on 16 May 2013. The music was composed by Viktor Albert, Bálint Hamvas, Anna Mitropulos and Attila Wind in 2008. However, the band had not recorded it until 2012.
The lyrics of the song was written by Attila Wind as a memory of his father, Miklós, who passed away on 15 October 2008. There are two version of the lyrics. The first version of the lyrics was written in early 2009 and it can be heard in a live show at the Donaukanaltreiben Festival. Before the recording of the song Wind modified the first version of the lyrics and added a second verse to it. The second or the official version was first played on 27 November 2015 at Szilvuplé Varieté. In an interview on Rádió Rock, Wind talked about the importance of In Heaven We Meet Again and revealed his feelings in connection with it.

London Nights is a song by Dawnstar. It is the sixth track from the band's first LP, Saturnine Valentines, released on 16 May 2013. The music was composed by Dawnstar around 2008. The lyrics were written by Attila Wind. The first version of the lyrics was written around 2008, while the second version in 2012. The first version of the lyrics was changed for the recording because Attila Wind found a bit childish. The second version of the lyrics tells a story of a man who falls in love for the first sight in a pub in Vauxhall, London. Wind wrote this song after spending some nights in Lancaster.

London Nights (video) is the second music video by Dawnstar and it was released on 17 June 2016. The video was shot on two different locations and in two different years. The first filming took place in the streets of London and it was shot and directed by Attila Wind on 13 July 2013. The scenes were chosen by Attila Wind while travelling alone from Budapest to Lancaster. He decided to travel through London and shoot some scenes in London including Tower Bridge, and St Paul's Cathedral. He was very lucky since during the filming the sun was shining brightly and it wasn't raining. However, at the film studio the band members wanted to fit the video to the title and they tried to use night effect but it didn't work. The second filming took place at the rehearsal room of the band in the eighth district of Budapest. In the Budapest film Bálint Hamvas and Viktor Albert are waiting for Attila Wind to arrive at the rehearsal room. When Wind finally arrives the band starts to play the song together.
